DELEGATION OF POWERS VESTED WITH THE GOVERNMENT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE

INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES ACT, 1947 TO THE COMMISSIONER OF LABOUR, TELANGANA

AND THE JOINT COMMISSIONERS OF LABOUR IN THE STATE.

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (b) of section 39 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

(Central Act 14 of 1947) and in supersession of the orders issued in G.O. Ms. No. 35, LET&F (Lab-II) Department,

dated 28-11-2019, the Government of Telangana hereby directs that the powers exercisable by the Government

under section 12 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( Central Act 14 of 1947) shall also be exercisable by the

officers in their respective jurisdictions as below :
