POLITICAL PARTIES – "HINDUSTAN JANATA PARTY" – PROPOSAL FOR REGISTRATION AS

A POLITICAL PARTY FOR CONTESTING IN LOCAL BODY ELECTIONS.

Lr. No. 3073/TSEC-L/2019 :– Notice is hereby given to the general public that one Sri. Mamba Ashok

Kumar, President, "HINDUSTAN JANATA PARTY" Telangana State, intends to register a political party

without reserved symbol with the State Election Commission, Telangana, under the name and style of

"HINDUSTAN JANATA PARTY" with location of its head office at H.No. 5-1-947/1, Jambagh, Hyderabad

- 500095, under the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2018. The main office

bearers of the Party are, Sri Mamba Ashok Kumar, President, Sri Kashipaka Sandeep Kumar, General Secretary

and Sri M. Anil Kumar, Treasurer; Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public or any political

party, shall be sent to the Secretary, State Election Commission, Telangana, 1^st Floor, DTCP Building, Opp: PTI

Building, A.C. Guards, Hyderabad - 500 004 within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no

objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission will process to register "HINDUSTAN

JANATA PARTY" as a Political Party to contest elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu) held on party

basis in Telangana State.
