WHEREAS, the Government had issued a notification in G.O.Ms.No. 370, General Administration (SC.A)

Department, dated the 17^th August, 2005, and published in the composite state of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 608,

dated the 17^th August, 2005, declaring the Singareni Karmika Samakhya (SIKASA), a front organization of

Communist Party of India (Maoist), as an unlawful association for a period of one year with effect on and from the

17^th August, 2005 initially under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 (Act No.

21 of 1992);

2. AND WHEREAS, the Government have constituted an advisory Board as per sub-section (1) of section

5 of the Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 and made a reference to the board by placing the copy of the

notification, dated 17^th August, 2005 and supporting material for the said notification as per sub-section (2) of Section

5 thereof;

3. AND WHEREAS, based on the report of the Advisory Board, the Government have confirmed the

notification dated 17-08-2005 and extended the declaration as unlawful association in respect of Singareni Karmika

Samakhya (SIKASA) for further period or periods not exceeding one year at a time from time to time vide the

orders cited from 3^rd to 12^th & 14^th to 17^th read above;

4. AND WHEREAS, the last notification was issued in G.O.Ms.No. 125, General Administration (Spl.D)

Department, dated: 04-09-2019, declaring the Singareni Karmika Samakhya (SIKASA), a front organization of

Communist Party of India (Maoist), as an unlawful association, which expires on 16-08-2020;

5. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (4) of Section 3 of the

Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 (Act No. 21 of 1992), the Government of Telangana hereby declare the Singareni

Karmika Samakhya (SIKASA), a front organization of Communist Part of India (Maoist), as an unlawful association

for a further period of one year with effect on and from the 17^th August, 2020.
