EXEMPTION OF THE PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF PROVISION OF CHAPTER-II AND

CHAPTER-III UNDER SECTION 10 A OF THE ACT NO.21 OF 2017.

[Memo No. 3845/IP&INF/A2/2019-2, Industries & Commerce (IP&INF), 2^nd July, 2020.]

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government

have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Potharam (V), Manoharabad (M),

Medak District to an extent of Acs.63.20 gts.(Sy. Nos. 30,56,57,58,59,61,62 & 63) for acquisition of additional land from

the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter -III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have

been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak and the VC & MD,TSIIC Limited , Hyderabad shall take further

necessary action in the matter.
