SPECIAL COURTS IN THE CADRE OF DISTRICT JUDGE ONE AT HYDERABAD AND ANOTHER AT

L.B.NAGAR IN RANGA REDDY DISTRICT NOTIFIED UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF THE

COMMERCIAL COURTS ACT, 2015 - LOCAL JURISDICTION OF THE COMMERCIAL COURTS.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts

Act, 2015 (Central Act 4 of 2016), the Government of Telangana in consultation with the High Court for

the State of Telangana, Hyderabad have notified two Special Courts in the cadre of District Judge one

at Hyderabad and another at L.B.Nagar in Ranga Reddy District for trial and disposal of Commercial

Disputes vide G.O.Ms.No. 52, Law (LA, LA&J-Home-Courts.A2) Department, dated : 18-12-2020, in

supersession of the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No 48, Law (LA.LA&J-Home-Courts.A) Department,

dated : 10-06-2016 and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the

Commercial Courts Act, 2015, (Central Act 4 of 2016), the local area of Jurisdiction of Commercial

Court constituted at Hyderabad in the cadre of District Judge shall be the entire revenue limits of

Hyderabad and the local area of jurisdiction of Commercial Court constituted at Ranga Reddy shall be

the entire Telangana, excluding the jurisdiction of Commercial Court at Hyderabad for trial and disposal

of Commercial Disputes.
