EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT i.e., NEW CROSSING STATION AT PERUR VILLAGE OF

DEVARAKADRA MANDAL IN MAHABUBNAGAR DISTRICT.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A (e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA&RR

(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act. No. 21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly

hereby exempt the Railway project, “New crossing station at Perur Village of Devarakadra Mandal in

Mahabubnagar District”, from the application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the

RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Mahabubnagar shall take further necessary action in the matter.
