In exercise of Powers conferred by Section 3 (c) of the Prisons Act 1894, the Government of

Telangana, hereby upgrade Women Enclosure at the Central Prison, Warangal and declare it as a Special

Prison for Women, Warangal with effect from the date of this Notification.
