UTILIZATION OF TDR IN BANJARA HILLS / JUBILEE HILLS

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 585 read with Section

592 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955; provision

under sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of Sections 14, 32, 46 and

58 of the Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975, Section 56(1)

of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008,

Section 18 of the Telangana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994, section

R.N.I. No. TELMUL/2016/73158.

238 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019, the Government of

Telangana hereby makes the following amendment in the Building Rules

issued in G.O.Ms.No.168, MA, Dated. 07-04-2012, read with its

subsequent amendments.

AMENDMENT

In Rule 17(d)(v) following shall be added

"In case of Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills area (excluding Jubilee Hills

Co-operative Society Layout) TDR can be allowed to be utilized

for construction of one (1) additional floor in case of Non-MSB

Buildings (i.e. if 3 or 4 floors are permissible 4^th or 5^th floor with TDR)

and two (2) floors in case of MSB Building over and above the

permissible floors (i.e., if 5 floors or more than 5 floors are permissible

additional 2 floors with TDR) subject to compliance of all other

Rules and Regulations in force (including NOC from Fire Services

Department / Airport Authority of India (AAI) wherever applicable)"
