EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF ENDOWMENT LAND OF SEETARAMPUR H/O OF SHABAD

VILLAGE & MANDAL, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL

PARK.

“ In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the land at Seethrampur, H/o

Shabad Village & Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to an extent of Acs. 1148.12 gts., of endowment land belongs to

Sri Seetharama Chandra Swamy for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TSIIC for acquisition of land

from the application of provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project”.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District and the VC & MD, TSIIC Limited, Hyderabad shall

take further necessary action in the matter.
