DISQUALIFICATIONS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021 (ACT No.4 OF 2021) – DATE OF

COMMENCEMENT OF THE ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Telangana Payment of Salaries

and Pension and Removal of Disqualifications (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Act No. 4 of 2021), the Government of

Telangana hereby appoint the 30th day of March, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act,

shall come into force.
