DISCHARGE OF SMT. NIDHI RAJ, JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE, THUNGATHURTHY, NALGONDA

DISTRICT FROM SERVICE ON PAYMENT OF ONE MONTH’S PAY IN LIEU OF ONE

MONTH’S NOTICE.

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 11 of the Telangana State Judicial (Service & Cadre) Rules,

2017, the Governor of Telangana, on the recommendation of the High Court of Telangana, hereby discharges

Smt. Nidhi Raj, Junior Civil Judge, Thungathurthy, Nalgonda District from service with immediate effect

on payment of one month’s pay in lieu of one month’s notice as required under the said rule, as she is not suitable

to the post to which she was appointed.

The Registrar General FAC Registrar (Vigilance), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, shall

take necessary action accordingly.
