APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN PRO-TEM-ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OR AFFIRMATION.

NOTIFICATION-I

Under Clause (1) of Article 184 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Telangana hereby appoints Sri V.

Bhoopal Reddy, a member of the Telangana Legislative Council as Chairman Pro-tem to perform the duties of the

Chairman of the Telangana Legislative Council w.e.f. 4th June, 2021 until a Member of the said Legislative Council

is chosen to be the Chairman under Article 182 of the Constitution of India.

NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 188 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Telangana

hereby appoints Sri V. Bhoopal Reddy, who has been appointed as chairman Pro-tem to perform the duties of the

Chairman, Telangana Legislative Council under Article 184 (1) of the Constitution of India, to be the person before

whom the Members of the Telangana Legislative Council shall make and subscribe an Oath or Affirmation.
