ACTION INITIATED - PUNISHMENT OF REMOVAL FROM SERVICE UNDER RULE 9(ix) OF

TELANGANA CIVIL SERVICES (CLASSIFICATION, CONTROL AND APPEAL) RULES, 1991.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-rule (ix) of Rule-9 read with Rule 20 of the Telangana Civil

Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, and as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.11, Finance (FR.I) Department, dated:

13.01.2004, the Government of Telangana, hereby remove Smt. Sirisha Bala, Lecturer in Garment Technology,

Government Polytechnic for Women (Minorities), Badangpet, from Government service from the date of her

unauthorised absence from duty i.e. from 01.11.2014.

The Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action

accordingly.

SRI M.R.RAJ KUMAR, LECTURER IN ECE, GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC, WARANGAL - UN-

AUTHORISED ABSENCE FROM DUTY FOR A CONTINUOUS PERIOD MORE THAN ONE YEAR

i.e. 28-06-2009 ONWARDS - DISCIPLINARY ACTION INITIATED - PUNISHMENT OF REMOVAL

FROM SERVICE UNDER RULE 9(ix) OF TELANGANA CIVIL SERVICES (CLASSIFICATION,

CONTROL AND APPEAL) RULES, 1991.

Polytechnic, Warangal, from Government service from the date of his unauthorised absence from duty i.e. from

RESIDENTIAL POLYTECHNIC, GAJWEL - UN-AUTHORISED ABSENCE FROM DUTY FOR A

CONTINUOUS PERIOD MORE THAN ONE YEAR i.e. 20-06-2017 ONWARDS - DISCIPLINARY

ACTION INITIATED - PUNISHMENT OF REMOVAL FROM SERVICE UNDER RULE 9(ix) OF

TELANGANA CIVIL SERVICES (CLASSIFICATION, CONTROL AND APPEAL) RULES, 1991.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-rule (ix) of Rule-9 read with Rule 20 of the Telangana Civil

Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, and as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.11, Finance (FR.I) Department, dated:

13.01.2004, the Government of Telangana, hereby remove Sri A. Srinivas Kumar, Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering

at Government Model Residential Polytechnic Gajwel, from Government service from the date of her unauthorised

absence from duty i.e. from 20.06.2017.

The Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action

accordingly.
