AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE OFFICER, TELANGANA STATE LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT

AGENCY, HYDERABAD AS “COMPETENT OFFICER” (AUTHORITY) UNDER SECTION 17 OT

THE ACT.

[G.O.Ms. No. 12, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (AH), 17^th June, 2021.]

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 17 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious

Disease in Animals Act-2009, the Government hereby authorises the Chief Executive Officer, Telangana State

Livestock Development Agency, Hyderabad to exercise any power or discharge any duty as Competent Officer in

the jurisdiction of Telangana State, for proper implementation of the provisions of the said Act and for registration of

frozen semen bull stations & semen banks in the State.
