EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF PATTA LAND SITUATED IN VELUMALA VILLAGE,

RAMACHANDRAPURAM MANDAL, SANGA REDDY DISTRICT .

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Patta land for an

extent of Acs. 6.00 gts. in Sy.No.622 (Sy.No.334 Old) situated in Velumala Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal,

Sanga Reddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act in favour of

TSIIC, for formation of Railway Track Connectivity to M/s.Medha Servo Drive Pvt. Ltd. It is also certified that the

all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Sangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana

State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the

matter.
