AMENDMENT TO THE HYDERABAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CONTROL AND SUPERVISION

OF PREMISES USED FOR CARTAIN PURPOSES BYE-LAWS, 1973.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 586 Sub-Sections (22) and (48) read with section 521 of

the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Act, 1955 [Hyderabad Act II of 1956], the Government of Telangana hereby

makes the following amendment to the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation control and Supervision of Premises used

for certain purposes Bye-Laws, 1973, issued vide G.O.Ms.No. 288, MA&UD (M.A.) Dept., dt. 04.07.1974.

AMENDMENT

After the Bye-Law 5, the followig shall be inserted; namely:

"5-A, In addition to the license fee, an amount of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) shall be

levied on every new license or renewal of Trade License as Telangana Green Fund and shall be transferred to

Telangana Green Fund (Haritha Nidhi)."
