In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the (Agricultural Produce and Livestock)

Markets (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Act No.2 of 2022), the Governor of Telangana hereby appoints the 6^th day of

April, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
