EXEMPTION OF SANGAMESHWARA LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME (SLIS) FROM THE APPLICATION

OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land acquisition

for Sangameswara Lift Irrigation Scheme (SLIS), Sangareddy District from the application of the provisions

of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.

The Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, TS

and the Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.

EXEMPTION OF BASAVESHWARA LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME (BLIS) FROM THE APPLICATION OF

THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land acquisition

of Basaveshwara Lift Irrigation Scheme (BLIS), Sangareddy District from the application of the provisions

of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.

The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, shall

take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
