CASUAL ELECTION TO THE OFFICE OF MEMBER (CO-OPTED) OF WARDHANNAPET MPP IN
WARANGAL DISTRICT.
No. 3022/ TSEC-PR/2019 :- In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 196 and 197 of
Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Act 5 of 2018) read with Telangana Conduct of Election of Member
(Co-opted), President and Vice-President of Mandal Parishad and Members (Co-opeted), Chairperson
and Vice- Chairperson of Zilla Parishad Rules, 2018 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 27, PR & RD (Pts-III),
Dated : 19-05-2018, the State Election Commissioner, Telangana hereby, directs any gazetted officer of the
Government authorized by Collector and District Election Authority, Warangal District to conduct
Election to the casual vacancy in the office of Member (Co-opeted) of Wardhannapet Mandal
Praja Parishad in Warangal District, in accordance with the procedure laid down in the said rules
and specifies the schedule for the election to the said office in the Annexure appended to this Notification.
