EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT i.e., “CONSTRUCTION OF THIRD LINE WITH ELECTRIFICATION

BETWEEN KAZIPET AND KONDAPALLI STATIONS IN THE LIMITS OF KESAMUDRAM,

MAHABUBABAD, KURAVI, GARLA AND DORNAKAL MANDALS IN MAHABUBABAD

DISTRICT”.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A in Chapter IIIA of the RFCTLAR&R (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government hereby exempt the Railway Project i.e. “Construction of

Third Line with electrification between Kazipet and Kondapalli Stations in the limits of Kesamudram, Mahabubabad,

Kuravi, Garla and Dornakal Mandals in Mahabubabad District” from the application of the provisions of Chapter-II

and Chapter-III of the RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the efforts have been made in finalizing the

minimum extent of land required for the said project.

The Collector & District Magistrate, Mahabubabad District shall take further necessary action in the matter.
