(M), PEDDAPALLY DISTRICT - LAND ACQUISITION - ISSUE OF EXEMPTION OF SIA (SOCIAL

IMPACT ASSESSMENT) FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 10 (A) OF

CHAPTER II & III OF THE RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land acquisition

to an extent of Ac. 31-24.5 Gts. required for Formation of New Tank across Local stream near Khanampally

(V), Dharmaram (M), Peddapally District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of

the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.

The Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, TS

and the Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.

FORMATION OF MADARIKANDI CHERU ACROSS MADARIKANDI VORREY NEAR KOTHAPALLI

(V), DHARMARAM (M), PEDDAPALLY DISTRICT - LAND ACQUISITION - ISSUE OF EXEMPTION

OF SIA (SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF

SECTION 10 (A) OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT - 2013.

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land acquisition

to an extent of Ac. 17.37 Gts. for Formation of Madarkandi Cheru across Madarikandi vorrey, near

Kothapally (V), Dharmaram (M), Peddapally District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II

and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.

The Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, TS

and the Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
