EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF PATTA LAND SITUATED AT NIZAMABAD VG., NIZAMABAD

MANDAL AND DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Patta land to an

extent of Acs. 0.03 gts. in Sy.Nos. 3255, 3256, situated at Nizamabad Vg., Nizamabad Mandal and District from the

application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act for straitening the land parcel of IT Park in

favour of TSIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land

required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Nizamabad District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana

State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the

matter.

EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED LAND SITUATED AT ALLAPUR VILLAGE OF

TOOPRAN MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Govt. Assigned

land to an extent of Acs. 180.00 gts. in Sy.No. 232 situated at Allapur Village of Toopran Mandal, Medak District

from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act for establishment of Industrial Park

in favour of TSIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land

required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana

State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the

matter.
