VIGILANCE COMMITTEES AT VARIOUS LEVELS – AMENDMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 40 of the National Food Security Act,

2013 (No: 20 of 2013), and in supersession of the earlier orders issued in respect of Vigilance Committee vide

G.O.Ms.No.9, dated 16-07-2015 and duly amending the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 12-04-2017,

the Telangana Government hereby notify the amendment of the “Telangana Food Security Rules, 2017 in respect

of Vigilance Committee” as indicated in the Annexure, which is appended to the G.O.
