D83 OF SRSP INCLUDING MINOR IRRIGATION TANKS UNDER RAMAGUNDAM

CONSTITUENCY.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR

(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt

the land acquisition to an extent of Ac.0-14 Gts. land in Murmur Village, Anthergaon Mandal for

construction of approach Channel of 27L Pump House of Ramagundam Lift Irrigation Scheme,

Peddapalli District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR,

Act, 2013”.

The Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,

TS and the Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
