EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED LAND ALIENATION OF GOVERNMENT

LAND IN PENJERLA VILLAGE, KOTHUR MANDAL, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT.

“ In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt acquisition of Govt. Assigned land

for an extent of Acs. 112.00 gts. in Sy. No. 389 of Penjerla Village, Kothur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District from the

application of provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act for development of Industrial Park in favour

of TSIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for

the said project”.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director,

Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary

action in the matter.
