AMENDMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 15 read with Section 21 of the Telangana

Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act No. 19 of 1972), the Government, in consultation with the High Court for the State of

Telangana, and in supersession of the orders issued from the Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana

at Hyderabad, Letter Roc.No. 346/E1/2021, Dated : 27-05-2022, hereby amend the orders issued vide

G.O.Ms.No. 28, Law (LA, LA&J-Home-Courts.A2) Department, Dated : 17-05-2022:

AMENDMENT

In the said orders, under Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972,-
