EXEMPTION OF THE PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II

OF THE RFC&TLA&RR ACT, 2013.

[G.O.Ms.No. 28, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R.II), 6^th June, 2022.]

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A (e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government hereby exempt the Project i.e., “Construction of

Outer Ring Road to Siddipet town from Km 0/0 to 87/190 (working reach from Km 13/360 to 33/030, 36/

580 to 55/930 & Km. 63/650 to 84/794) in Siddipet District,” from the application of the provisions of Chapter-

II of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”. It is also certified that all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum

extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly .
