In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Telangana Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and

Processing) Act, 1993 (Act No. 3 of 1993), the Government of Telangana hereby allot the Factory Zone of Yadadri

Bhuvanagiri District to M/s. Telangana State Cooperative Oilseeds Growers Federation Limited (TS Oilfed) to take

up Oil Palm cultivation/area expansion and for establishment of Oil Palm Processing Units subject to the Conditions

stipulated in the G.O.Ms.No. 60, Agri. & Coop. (H&S) Dept., Dt. 16-12-2020.

The Director of Horticulture, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
