VORREY) NEAR MOGADDHAGAD (V), KOUTHALA (M), KOMURAM BHEEM ASIFABAD

DISTRICT.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR

(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the

work formation of new tank across local stream (Chinnamadugu Vorrey) near Mogaddhagad (V), Kouthala

(M), Komuram Bheem Asifabad District to an extent of Ac. 32.34 gts. in Survey No’s. 114, 115, 116 and

117 from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.

The Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,

Hyderabad and the Engineeer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
