NOTIFICATION - I
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3-A of the Telangana Urban Areas
(Development) Act, 1975 as amended from time to time, the Government of Telangana, having regard to the need
for ensuring spatial planning and regulate the area around the Kakatiya Rudreswara (Ramappa) Temple hereby
specifies the Kakatiya Rudreswara (Ramappa) Temple and its immediate surroundings including hillocks and
waterbodies coinciding with the Palampet Revenue village boundary of Mulugu District as a ‘Special Development
Area.’

NOTIFICATION - II
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3-A of the Telangana Urban Areas
(Development) Act, 1975 the Government of Telangana hereby constitute a ‘Special Development Authority’ for the
area specified in the above Notification-I for the purpose of the said Act and the said Authority shall be called as the
‘Palampet Special Development Authority’ and shall consist of :
