EXEMPTION OF PROJECT UNDER THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN

LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT (TELANGANA AMENDMENT)

ACT, 2016.

In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A (e) of the Right to fair compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana,

the Government hereby, in the public interest, exempt the work “ Construction of Four Lane ROB in Zaheerabad

Town Limits in Lieu of L.C.No.32 at Railway Km 60/10-11 of Vikarabad-Parli section in Medak District”, from the

application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016, (Act

No. 21 of 2017) for acquisition of land to an extent of 1.5 Acres (or) 7260.0 Sq. Yards situated at Zaheerabad Town

limits, in Medak District.

The Chief Engineer (R&B) D&P, LWE&RSW., Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly
