WHEREAS, the Government had issued a notification in G.O.Ms.No.366, General Administration (SC.A)

Department, dated the 17^th August, 2005, and published in the composite State of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.608,

dated the 17^thAugust, 2005, declaring the Communist Party of India (Maoist), as an unlawful association for a

period of one year with effect on and from the 17^th August, 2005 initially under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 (Act No.21 of 1992);

AND WHEREAS, the Government have constituted an Advisory Board as per sub-section (1) of section 5 of

the Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 and made a reference to the board by placing the copy of the notification,

dated 17.08.2005 and supporting material for the said notification as per sub-section (2) of section 5 thereof;

AND WHEREAS, based on the report of the Advisory Board, the Government have confirmed the notification,

dated 17.08.2005 and extended the declaration as unlawful association in respect of Communist Party of India

(Maoist) for further period or periods not exceeding one year at a time from time to time vide the orders cited from

3^rd to 12^th & 14^thto 19^thread above;

AND WHEREAS, the last notification was issued in G.O.Ms.No.227, General Administration (Spl.D)

Department, dated:06.08.2021, declaring the Communist Party of India (Maoist), as an unlawful association,

which expires on 16.08.2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (4) of section 3 of the

Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 (Act No.21 of 1992), the Government of Telangana hereby declare the

Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on

and from the 17^th August, 2022.

WHEREAS, the Government had issued a notification in G.O.Ms.No.372, General Administration (SC.A)

Department, dated the 17^th August, 2005, and published in the composite State of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.608,

dated the 17^th August, 2005, declaring the All India Revolutionary Students Federation (AIRSF), a front

organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist), as an unlawful association for a period of one year with effect

on and from the 17^th August, 2005 initially under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Telangana Public Security

Act,1992 (Act No.21 of 1992);

AND WHEREAS, the Government have constituted an Advisory Board as per sub-section (1) of section 5 of

the Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 and made a reference to the board by placing the copy of the notification,

dated 17.08.2005 and supporting material for the said notification as per sub-section(2) of section 5 thereof;

AND WHEREAS, based on the report of the Advisory Board, the Government have confirmed the notification,

dated 17.08.2005 and extended the declaration as unlawful association in respect of All India Revolutionary

Students Federation (AIRSF) for further period or periods not exceeding one year at a time from time to time vide

the orders cited from 3^rd to 12^th& 14^thto 19^thread above;

AND WHEREAS, the last notification was issued in G.O.Ms.No.233, General Administration (Spl.D)

Department, dated:06.08.2021, declaring the All India Revolutionary Students Federation (AIRSF), a front

organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist),as an unlawful association, which expires on 16.08.2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (4) of section 3 of the

TeLangana Public Security Act, 1992 (Act No.21 of 1992), the Government of Telangana hereby declare the

All India Revolutionary Students Federation (AIRSF), a front organization of Communist Party of India

(Maoist), as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from the 17^thAugust, 2022.
