AUTHORITY.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-Section (1) of Section (3) of Private Security Agencies

(Regulation) Act, 2005 (Central Act No. 29 of 2005), and all other powers hereunto enabling, the Government of

Telangana hereby designate the Inspector General of Police/Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence

Department, Telangana State, Hyderabad as the Controlling Authority for the State of Telangana for the purpose of

said Act.
