“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR

(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the

land acquisition total an extent of Acres 217-02 Gts. in the following villages of Suryapet District for

construction of Approach channel, Forebay, Pump House, Substation, Pressure Main, Delivery Cistern

of Muktyala Branch Canal, Suryapet District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III

of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.
