SHAMSHABAD ZONE, IN CYBERABAD COMMISSIONERATE - DEFINING THE JURISDICTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (s) of Section 2 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Central Act 2 of 1974) and in modification of orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No 210, Home (PS&C.A1) Dept,

dt : 12-08-2010 and G.O.Ms.No. 126, Home (Legal) Dept, dt: 23-06-2016, the Governor of Telangana hereby declares

that with effect from the date of issue of this notification, the Police Stations specified in Col.No. (5) of the schedule

appended shall cease to be included in the Police Circles, Police Divisions, Police Zones and Police Commissionerate

mentioned in Col.Nos. (4), (3), (2) and (1) respectively and shall hereafter form part of the Police Circles, Police

Divisions, Police Zones and Police Commissionerate mentioned in Col. Nos. (6), (7), (8) and (9) respectively thereof.
