In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 read with sections

16,17,18,21,22,23,28 and 29 of the Telangana Excise Act, 1968

(Act No. 17 of 1968), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the

following amendments to the Telangana Distillery (Manufacture of Indian

made foreign liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006 issued in

R.N.I. No.TELMUL/2016/73158.

published in Gazette, Rules Supplement to Part-I Extraordinary, dated

the 29^th January, 2007, and subsequently amended from time to time:

AMENDMENT

In the said rules in rule 8, in sub rule (4), in clause (e), for the

expression "2021-22", the expression "2022-23", shall be substituted

wherever occurs in the said rule.
