AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA TOWN PLANNING SERVICE RULES, 1992.

[G.O.Ms. No. 162, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (TP&E), 15^th September, 2022.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of

Telangana hereby makes the following amendments to the Telangana State Town Planning Service Rules, 1992

issued vide G.O.Ms.No. 197, MA&UD (B) Department, dated: 25-03-1992 and adopted the same to the State of

Telangana vide G.O.Ms.No. 143, MA&UD (B) Department, Dt: 17.05.2016 and as amended from time to time.

AMENDMENTS

In the said rules, in rule 4, in the table there under, against category 6 and against the corresponding entry at

column 2 i.e., (i) By Direct Recruitment, in the corresponding column 3 for existing qualification substitute, the

following, namely;

"B. Planning / B. Tech (Planning)."
