EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF PATTA LAND SITUATED AT GOPANPALLY VILLAGE,

SERILINGAMPALLY MANDAL , RANGAREDDY DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition,Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of patta land to an

extent of Acs.00.06.5 gts. in Sy.No.109 (Acs.00.05.3 gts) and 244 (Acs.00.01.2 gts) situated at Gopanpally Vg.,

Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of

the Act in favour of TSIIC for formation of 100 feet road from IP Osmannagar. It is also certified that the all efforts

have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Rangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director,

Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary

action in the matter.

EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED / PATTA LAND SITUATED AT KAJJARLA

VILLAGE, TALAMADUGU MANDAL, ADILABAD DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Govt. Assigned

/ Patta land to an extent of Acs.414.32 gts. in Sy.Nos. 136, 138, 139 140 and 142 situated at Kajjarla Village,

Talamadugu Mandal, Adilabad District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the

Act in favour of TSIIC for establishment of Special Food Processing Zone. It is also certified that the all efforts

have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Adilabad District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana

State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the

matter.
