AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA POLICE (STIPENDIARY

CADET TRAINEE) RULES, 1999.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the Proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India and all the powers hereunto enabling, the Governor

of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana Police

(Stipendiary Cadet Trainee) Rules, 1999 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 315, Home

(Police-C) Department, dated: 13-10-1999 as amended subsequently from

time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,

In rule 3, in the Annexure-I thereunder, against Sl.Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,

6, 7 and 8 in the corresponding column (6) respectively, under the heading

"b) Preliminary Written Test" for the existing Note: 1), the following

shall respectively be substituted, namely:-

" Note: 1) The Minimum marks to be secured by the Candidates

in order to qualify in the Preliminary Written Test Paper is 30% for OCs,

25% for BCs and 20% for SCs/STs/Ex-servicemen."

This order shall be deemed to have been come into force with

effect from 08.04.2022.
