DRAFT VARIATION TO THE HMDA FOR RE-ALIGNMENT OF PROPOSED 36 MTRS WIDE MASTER
PLAN ROAD OF KHANAMET (V), SERILINGAMPALLY (M), RANGA REDDY DISTRICT IN
KHANAMET AREA OF GHMC LIMITS.

The following draft variation to the land use envisaged in the notified Revised Master Plan for RC Puram
zone segment vide G.O.Ms. No. 288, MA & UD dt: 03-04-2008, which is proposed in exercise of the
powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(Act No. 8 of 2008).
A Notice is hereby given that the draft variation will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days
from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which
may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of said period will be considered by the
Government of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government,
Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, DTCP Office, Telangana,
Hyderabad - 500 002.
DRAFT VARIATION
36 Mtrs wide proposed Master Plan road from Hitech City road - KPHB Road to N-Convention Road
(B-B1) is now proposed to be deleted and remaning part from N-Convention road to connecting Hitech City road
(A-B1) is proposed to be retained as it is and which is connected to N-Convention road (A-B1-C).

DRAFT VARIATION TO THE DT&CP FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM AGRICULTURAL USE TO
RESIDENTIAL USE SITUATED AT PULLUR ROAD G.P., SIDDIPET TOWN, SIDDIPET URBAN
MANDAL, SUDA, SIDDIPET DISTRICT.

The following draft variation to the Siddipet General Town Planning Scheme, the Master Plan of which was
sanctioned in G.O.Ms. No. 531, M.A, dated : 01-05-1987, and Published at Page of part., of Tenangana Gazette and
it is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of
Telangana Town Planning Act., 1920 (Act VII of 1920) is hereby published as required by clause (b) of sub-section
(2) of the said section.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of six weeks from the
date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may
received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government
of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Special Chief Secretary to Government,
Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Hyderabad.
DRAFT VARIATION
The site in Sy. No. 165/2, 166/2 & 2190 of Siddipet town to an extent of Ac. 3-27 Gts, the boundaries of
which are as shown in the schedule here under and which is earmarked for Agricultural use in General Town
Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Siddipet Town sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 531 M.A., Dated : 01-05-1987, is now
proposed to be designated for Residential use by varation of Change of Land Use and in the revised part proposed
land use map in G.T.P. No. 06/2022/H available in the Siddipet town subject to the following conditions that:
1. The applicant shall pay Development & Conversion charges for the site under reference as per issued in
per G.O.Ms.No. 225, MA&UD (1) Department Dt: 30-08-2016 to the Siddipet before the confirmation
orders from the Government.
2. The applicant shall not commence construction work without obtaining prior approval from the competent
Authority.
