THE TELANGANA GOODS AND SERVIES TAX RULES, 2017 - AMENDMENT TO THE EXTENSION

OF WAIVER OF PENALTY UPTO 30^th JUNE, 2021 - NON-COMPLIANCE WITH DYNAMIC

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

(Telangana Act No. 23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the

following amendments in the notification vide G.O.Ms.No.21, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dt:06-02-2021, namely:-

In the said notification,-

(i)

For the figures letters and words, “31^st day of March”, the figures, letters and words “30^th day of

June”, shall be substituted;

(ii)

for the figures, letters and words, “01^st day of April”, the figures, letters and words “1^st day of July”,

shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 30^th day of March, 2021.
