EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT i.e., “CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE. NO.208 AT KM 208/12-24

ACROSS BIBRA RIVER BETWEEN RALAPET AND SIRPUR KAGHAZNAGAR RAILWAY

STATIONS KUMURAMBHEEM ASIFABAD DISTRICT”.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10(A) of Chapter III A of the RFCTLAR&R (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 in its application to the State of Telangana, Government have decided and accordingly

hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Railway project i.e., “Construction of Bridge. No. 208 at km 208/

12-24 across Bibra River at Vanjari (V), Kagaznagar (Man), KumuramBheem Asifabad (District) between

Ralapet and Sirpur Kaghaznagar Railway stations of Balharshah-Kazipet 3^rd BG line” from the application of

the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.

The Collector & District Magistrate, KumuramBheem Asifabad District shall take further necessary action in

the matter.
