THE TELANGANA STAE FOREST SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES, 2000 - AMENDMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other

powers hereunto enabling the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendments to the Telangana

Stae Forest Subordinate Service Rules, 2000 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 88, EFS&T (For.IV) Dept., dt: 19-07-2000.

AMENDMENT

(1)

In the said rules, in rule 3:

(2) In rule (3), under Column No. 2, ‘Method of Appointment’ against Class-A category 2 “ (i) By direct recruitment”

shall be deleted.

(3) In rule (3) the Note (1) (a) shall be deleted.

Read as

“The vacancies in the category of Forester

(Forest Section Officer) shall be filled by

promotion of Forest Beat Officers to the

extent of 85% and by appointment by

transfer of Junior Assistants, Junior Stenos,

Typists, and other equivalent categories in

the Ministerial Service to the extent of

15%”.
