DRAFT VARIATION TO THE DT&CP - CLU - PEDDAPALLI MPITY FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE
FROM INDUSTRIAL LAN USE TO PARTLY COMMERCIAL AND PARTLY RESIDENTIAL LAND
USE SITUATED AT PEDDAPALLI MUNICIPALITY, PEDDAPALLI DISTRICT.

The following draft variation to the Peddapally (Draft Master Plan) General Town Planning Scheme, which
was Formal Approval under section 8 (2) in G.O.Ms.No. 40 M.A., Dt: 12-04-2019.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of (six) weeks from
the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may
received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government
of Telangana. Objections or Suggestions should be addressed to the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Municipal
Administration and Urban Development Department, Telangana, Hyderabad.
DRAFT VARIATION
The site in Sy. No. 633/2 of Peddapalli Town, the boundaries of which are shown in the schedule hereunder
and which is earmarked for Industrial Use zone in the General Town Planning Scheme of Peddapalli Municipality
approved in G.O.Ms.No 40 M.A., Dt: 12-04-2019, is now proposed to be designated for Partly Residential use and
Partly Commercial use by variation of Change of Land Use in the revised part proosed land use map in GTP
No. 08/2022/W is available in the Peddapalli town subject to the following conditions that:
1. The applicant shall pay Development Charges as per G.O.Ms.No.226, M.A&UD (11) Dept., Dt. 30.08.2016.
2. The applicant shall take prior approval from the competent Authority before commencing the developmental
work.
