THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION,

REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT (TELANGANA AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016 -

EXEMPTION FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II OF THE

RFC&TLA&RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A (e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the provisions of Chapter-II

of RFC&TLA, RR Act, 2013, from Social Impact Assessment, for the work “Forming approach road to the Integrated

District Offices Complex (IDOC) in Jaya-Shankar Bhupalpally District” for an extent of Ac 0-24 Gts. in Sy.No. 142 of

Kompally (V) of Bhupalpally (M).

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings & N.H., Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.

OF PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE

RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A of the Right to fair compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), in

the public interest Government hereby exempt the project “Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No. 39 at km.292/22-

24 of Kazipet-Ballarshah Section on Peddapally - Kalvasrirampur road at km.1/2 in Peddapally District”, from the

application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Telangana Amendment Act, 2013. It is also

certified that, the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for the above project.

The Chief Engineer (R&B), D&P, LWE&RSW., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
