In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes

Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), Government hereby declares M/s. Hyderabad Integrated MSW Limited,

Services executing the Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management project in Greater Hyderabad Municipal

Corporation as “Public Utility Service” for a period of Two (2) years with effect from the date of notification

issued in Telangana Gazette.
