PROHIBITION OF STRIKES IN ALL THE SERVICES CONNECTED WITH THE DAIRIES,

PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY OF MILK AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES OF TELANGANA

STATE DAIRY DEVELOPMENT CO-OPERATIVE FEDERATION LIMITED TO ENSURE THE

UNINTERRUPTED SUPPLY OF MILK TO THE PUBLIC UNDER THE TELANGANA STATE

ESSENTIAL SERVICES MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971 (TELANGANA ACT 20 OF 1971) FOR A

PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS.

Whereas, the Government of Telangana are satisfied that it is necessary to prohibit strikes in the public interest

in all the services connected with the working of the District Dairies, Procurement and supply of milk and other

related activities of Telangana State Dairy Development Co-operative Federation Limited all over the Telangana

State.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana State

Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Telangana Act No. 20 of 1971), the Government hereby prohibits strikes

for a period of six (6) months with immediate effect in all the services connected with the working of the District

Dairies, Procurement and supply of milk and other related activities of Telangana State Dairy Development

Co-operative Federation Limited all over the State.
