In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 read with section 3

and 7 of the Telangana State Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions

and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983 (Act No. 5 of 1983, the

Government of Telangana hereby make the following amendments tothe

Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (for Professional Course

offered in Private Un-Aided Professional Instructions) Rules, 2006 issued

vide G.O.Ms.No. 6 , Higher Education (EC.2) Department, Dated : 08.01.2007

and as amended from time to time, namely.-
