DRAFT VARIATION TO THE KHAMMAM MUNICIPAL CORPORATION - PROPOSAL FOR

CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM PUBLIC & SEMI PUBLIC (EDUCATIONAL) LAND USE TO

RESIDENTIAL LAND USE SITUATED AT PAKABANDA VILLAGE, KHAMMAM URBAN

MANDAL, KHAMMAM DISTRICT.

The following draft variation to the Khammam General Town Planning Scheme (Draft Master Plan 3 (C) of

Khammam Town) of which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 535, M.A., Dt. 31-07-2008 and Published at page of

part of Telangana Gazette dated., which it is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause

under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act., 1920 (Act VII of 1920) is hereby published

as required by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of the said section.

Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of six weeks from the

date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may

received from any person with respect there to before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government

of Telangana.Objections or suggestions should be addressed to Special Cheif Secretary to Government, Municipal

Administration and Urban Development Department, Telangana, Hyderabad.

DRAFT VARIATION

The site in open Plot Nos.48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 in Sy.Nos. 104/RU & 106/AA,

situated at Pakabanda Village, Khammam Town, the boundaries of which are as shown in the schedule hereunder

and which is earmarked for Public & Semi Public (Educational) use in the General Town Planning Scheme (Draft

Master Plan 3 (C)) of Khammam Town sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 535, M.A., Dt. 31-07-2008, is now proposed

R.N.I. No. TELMUL/ 2016 / 73158.

to be designated for Residential use by variation of Change of Land Use as marked A, B, C, D in the revised part

proposed land use map vide C.No. 69/2023/W available in the Khammam Municipality and subject to the

following conditions that :

1. The applicant shall pay the Development & Conversion Charges for the site under reference as per rates

issued in G.O.Ms.No. 225 MA & UD (I1) Dept., dt. 30-08-2016.

2. The applicant shall not commence construction work without prior approval of Competent Authority.
