MAHABUBABAD DISTRICT - MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD - NO CONFIDENCE AGAINST

SMT. EEDURU RAJESHWARI, PRESIDENT, MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD, PEDDAVANGARA,

MAHABUBABAD DISTRICT, IN THE MEETING HELD ON 23-03-2024 AT 11.00 AM - REMOVAL

OF THE PRESIDENT.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Smt. Eeduru Rajeshwari, President, Mandal Praja Parishad,

Peddavangara, Mahabubabad District was moved under sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Telangana Panchayat

Raj Act, 2018 (Telangana Act No. 5 of 2018).

And whereas, in a meeting for the purpose of considering the above motion was held on 23-03-2024 at 11.00 AM.

And Whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by six (6) members out of total number

of eight (8) members present at the meeting and thus, motion was passed with requisite majority.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Telangana

Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Telangana Act No. 5 of 2018), the Government hereby remove the said Smt. Eeduru

Rajeshwari, President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Peddavangara, Mahabubabad District with effect from the date of

publication of this Notification in the Telangana State Gazette.
